Fortify Your Payments with PCI P2PE on Android You can now leverage the robust security of PCI-certified Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) on our first selection of Android terminals. This advanced encryption method secures sensitive cardholder data, including the Primary Account Number (PAN) and track data, directly at the point of interaction.

Introducing P2PE on Initial Adyen Android Terminals This update marks the availability of PCI P2PE on the following Android terminal models for the first time: AMS1, S1F2, S1F2L, S1E2L, and S1U2. These terminals are now capable of supporting the highest industry security standards. While our standard End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) offers strong security, PCI P2PE provides an additional, certified layer of protection that can be essential for adhering to stringent compliance requirements, particularly in markets like the US.
