Let decision-makers complete their own task and submit personal details via invites
Platforms using Hosted Onboarding v3 or v4 can now instantly delegate data collection by inviting decision-makers to submit their own details and documents during onboarding. This makes it easier to collect the information required to verify a business, even when the person completing onboarding doesn't have access to every decision-maker's details.
Reduce onboarding delays
Business onboarding often slows down when additional decision-makers need to provide personal information or supporting documents. With decision-maker invitations, each person can securely submit their own information, helping businesses get live days faster and reducing back-and-forth between stakeholders.
Start using invitations today
Decision-maker invitations are currently available in TEST, and will be live at the end of July. You can access them in Hosted Onboarding v3 and v4, with absolutely zero code required. No integration changes are needed. Once enabled, users can invite decision-makers from the onboarding flow and track progress as information is submitted.
Note: To ensure a trusted experience, please verify that your logo and theme are configured in the Hosted Onboarding settings for use in invitation emails. You can do so via the Customer Area > Developers > Hosted Onboarding.
