Get payout data faster with hourly reports for platforms

Get payout data throughout the day

Hourly Payout Reports are now available globally for all platforms. When enabled, a new report is generated within three hours of each hour ending and includes all payouts from that hour. If no payouts occurred, you’ll still receive an empty report to keep the schedule consistent.

Reconcile payouts sooner

With 24 reports available throughout the day, your teams can access payout data much earlier than with a daily report. This reduces the gap between payouts and report availability, helping you keep reconciliation processes up to date.

Enable hourly reports in Customer Area

To get started, go to Reports in Customer Area, select the Balance Platform Payout Report, and add a new report schedule. Choose the hourly schedule to enable it. Your daily schedule remains the default until you remove it.
