Stay informed when payments are reversed
We’re introducing the SETTLED_REVERSED and REFUND_NOT_CLEARED webhook events for Sales Day Payout. You’ll receive a notification when an acquirer doesn’t settle within 30 days and Adyen claws back the funds, or when an advanced refund isn’t cleared within the same timeframe.
Connect reversals to your reconciliation flow
These events are available across payment methods and complement the status information already shown at the individual payment level in the Customer Area. If you rely on webhooks for reconciliation, you can use these events to automatically book settlement and refund reversals in your existing workflows.
Add the new events to your webhook setup
You can opt in to these standard webhook events in the same way you configure other webhooks. Check the documentation for implementation details and update your webhook configuration when you’re ready.
