Monitor card program status in real time We’ve launched a new Card Monitoring Program dashboard in your Customer Area. It’s designed to help you proactively manage dispute ratios and stay informed about your status with Visa and Mastercard programs like VAMP, ECP, and EFM.
Why this matters for your platform Dispute monitoring can be time-consuming, but missing thresholds can lead to fines or disruptions. This dashboard gives you a clear view of your projected compliance status, dispute trends, and how each scheme calculates thresholds, so you can take action early.
Where to find it Log in to your Customer Area and head to Insights > Card Monitoring Programs. You’ll find all the data you need in one place. Please note that this dashboard is only accessible at Company level, not merchant level.
