Less manual work during onboarding

We're improving the JCB Japan onboarding experience by using information already available in your Adyen account whenever possible. Instead of collecting the same details again, we'll only request additional information when required fields are missing.

Faster access to JCB Japan

Previously, onboarding for JCB Japan could take up to a month due to manual application preparation and data collection. With this update, eligible applications can be submitted much faster, helping you start accepting JCB Japan payments sooner, subject to review and approval.

What you need to do

No action is required if we already have all the information needed for your application. If additional details are required, we'll contact you with a list of the missing information so you can complete the process without unnecessary delays.
