Clearer guidance for decision-maker tasks
We’ve updated the decision-maker overview and task page in Hosted Onboarding to make progress easier to understand. Your users now see clearly whether minimum requirements are met and what still needs to be completed. Improved error messages and guidance reduce confusion and help users continue the task with confidence. The overview also highlights potential duplicate entries and allows users to review added decision-makers without opening each profile.

This update is part of Hosted Onboarding and is available for Onboarding v3 and later across all supported countries. Decision-maker verification is a key step in business onboarding, and this improvement reduces friction by simplifying the experience. By making requirements and next steps clear, the update helps reduce onboarding time and limits unnecessary back and forth.

No action is required to use this update. It is automatically available in your existing integration. If you are using Hosted Onboarding v3 or later, your users will see the improved experience.
