TWINT disputes are now fully integrated
You can now manage TWINT disputes directly through Adyen. Instead of relying on manual notifications and offline processes, disputes can be reviewed, defended, and tracked through the Customer Area, just like other payment methods.
Use your existing dispute workflows
TWINT disputes now support the same tools and workflows you already use for dispute management. Submit responses through the Disputes API, monitor dispute status through webhooks, and manage cases from a single place. This helps you respond faster and gives you more time to work within TWINT's dispute deadlines.
Get started
No action is required to start using this improvement. If you use dispute webhooks, we recommend reviewing your configuration to ensure you're receiving dispute notifications. You can also visit our documentation to learn more about TWINT chargebacks, dispute reason codes, and defense requirements.
