Link donations to the original transaction with a new reporting field

New transaction reference in donation reports

The Processed donations report now includes a new column for the original transaction PSP reference. This lets you link every donation back to the transaction that triggered it, using the same reference you already track in your systems.

With the original transaction reference available, you can analyze donation activity alongside payment data, enrich customer profiles, and better understand donor behavior. It also supports more targeted, impact-focused customer engagement and reporting within your existing workflows.

How to enable the new column

If you don’t use report auto-generation or custom column preferences, the new column is added automatically. If you do, go to the Column configuration tab in the Processed donations report and enable the original transaction PSP reference to include it in future reports.
