Faster access to the Circularization Letter
The Circularization Letter, required at the start of each month for audit purposes, is now available directly in the Customer Area. Previously, generating this report could take up to seven days due to a manual process. With this update, you can download the letter on the first day of the month, without waiting or following up with support teams.
Self-serve access through Monthly Finance Reports
You can find the Circularization Letter as part of the Monthly Finance Report in Installments. This update removes the need to contact your Account Manager or rely on manual delivery, giving you quicker and more predictable access to the documentation you need during audit preparation.
How to download your letter
Log in to your Adyen Customer Area, go to Account, select Reports, and open the Finance tab. Filter for the “Monthly Finance Report in Installments” and download the report to access your Circularization Letter. If you have questions about the report or need help accessing it, your Adyen Support team is available to assist.
