Add industry context to your refund analysis

New updates to the Refunds tab in the Risk & Dispute Dashboard help you analyze refund rates against similar businesses and investigate refund behavior at shopper level.

Analyze your refund rates

You can now compare your refund performance against businesses with similar profiles directly in the Refunds tab. This additional context helps you understand whether your refund rates are within a typical range and identify opportunities to improve customer experience or operations.

Investigate refunds with shopper-level insights

We've expanded refund analysis capabilities to help you better understand what's driving refund activity. You can now analyze refunds using shopper identifiers such as email address, billing and delivery address, IP address, and shopper reference. Protect Premium users can also continue to use ShopperDNA insights for deeper analysis.

Start exploring the new insights

The new capabilities are available in the Risk & Dispute Dashboard under Analytics > Risk & disputes analytics. Use industry benchmarks to understand your refund performance and shopper-level insights to uncover patterns and investigate refund drivers in more detail.
