The NYC1 Dock is now available. It charges the NYC1 Card Reader and supports a USB connection between the reader and your mobile device. The NYC1 Dock is designed to meet the needs of fast-paced in-person environments where reliable connectivity and speed matter most.

The NYC1 Dock offers a fixed countertop experience with the NYC1 device you already use. Whether your users prefer a mobile setup or need a stable countertop configuration, the Dock supports both, helping them work the way they want.
How to get started
To get started, order the NYC1 Dock and the power adapter via the Customer Area. Then, integrate with our latest SDK version. Finally, make sure that your NYC1 card reader is updated to the latest available firmware version.
