Stay in the loop with webhook alerts
Get notified when something’s off with your Balance Platform webhooks. Proactive alerts via email or the Notification Center help you catch and fix issues faster.
April 2025
Get notified when your webhooks fail You can now subscribe to alerts for your Balance Platform webhooks. If something goes wrong, like a delivery failure or a persistent issue, you’ll get notified via email or the Customer Area’s Notification Center.
How this helps your platform Webhook failures can cause real delays. For example, if onboarding webhook events don’t go through, your systems won’t be updated and your users can’t start accepting payments. With alerts in place, you’ll be the first to know and can act quickly to resolve the issue. This helps you keep integrations running smoothly and your users informed.
Turn on alerts in your Customer Area Go to Notification center > Settings and head to the Developers and Integrations section. Under Webhooks, toggle alerts on for either email or Notification Center, or both. If you need help setting this up, check our documentation or reach out to your Adyen representative.
