We’ve added a Refund Activity tab to the Risk & Dispute Dashboard, giving you a clear view of refund patterns and volumes over time. You can now monitor refund activity, identify where refunds and disputes overlap, and understand which shoppers or transactions contribute most.

You can access the Refund Activity tab in the Customer Area under Insights > Risk & Dispute Dashboard > Refund tab. You’ll also find in-product guidance to help interpret metrics and navigate the data, along with updated external documentation for deeper insights.
