Introducing Forward API
We’re adding Forward API to the Adyen Checkout API suite. This new feature lets you share card details stored in Adyen’s PCI-compliant vault with other payment processors or endpoints in a secure way. You can keep Adyen as your central token vault while connecting to multiple PSPs for payment routing, giving you more flexibility and control over your payment setup.

Forward API is part of the Tokenize module of our Adyen Uplift suite. It’s a solution that helps you manage sensitive payment data with ease. By using Adyen’s trusted vault, you can reduce your PCI compliance scope, minimize risk, and securely forward tokens to other PCI DSS–compliant providers.
