Run Giving campaigns per store and connect locally
With store-level campaigns in Campaign Manager, you can tailor donations to any of your brands and store locations, making Giving more relevant and engaging for your customers.

Create campaigns for each store
We’re excited to introduce store-level campaigns in Campaign Manager. You can now create and manage individual campaigns for each store, selecting different nonprofits and donation amounts per location. Previously, only one campaign per merchant account was possible, limiting your ability to tailor Giving experiences for local audiences.
Tailor Giving to your shoppers
This update lets you connect customers with causes that resonate locally. Each store can support the nonprofit and donation setup that best fits its audience, helping increase engagement and participation. All existing campaigns have been migrated automatically to the new structure, so nothing will stop running.
No action needed, but explore your options
Your campaigns continue running under the new setup with no immediate action required. To customize your setup or explore the causes available, check out our Nonprofit Library.
Updated documentation and training materials are also available to guide you through the store-level setup.
