Giving is now available on SFO1 terminals
You can now run Giving campaigns on SFO1 terminals, expanding Giving to another in-person touchpoint. This lets you offer Giving on more devices and reach more shoppers at the moment of payment.
What’s supported on SFO1
Giving is fully supported on SFO1 from firmware version 125 onward. You can include SFO1 in Giving campaigns with all configurations, including flows beyond two-step fixed amounts. Earlier firmware versions may still prompt Giving, but we recommend excluding those terminals to ensure a consistent shopper experience.
Get started
Update your SFO1 terminals to firmware version 125 or later. To disable Giving on specific terminals or for setup questions, contact support.
