Send Replies from the Customer Area We've upgraded how you handle support tickets. You can now send replies directly from within your Adyen Customer Area. This update means you don't need to switch to email to respond to our messages, keeping all your support communication together. It's part of our work to bring everything you need into your Customer Area.
Support in Your Account This new feature is available in the Customer Area Support Center. You can submit new tickets, check their status, and now, reply to existing ones, all within your account. Having everything in one place helps you save time and stay organized, letting you focus on your business.
Log in to See It Ready to try replying from your Customer Area? Just log into your account and go to the Support Center. Find your open tickets and you'll see the option to reply there. This feature is ready for you to use now.
