A better way to offer PIX
We’ve launched PIX via Open Finance, a new payment flow that keeps shoppers in your checkout. No QR codes. No banking app redirects. Just one tap to pay. It’s available to all Adyen customers in Brazil and gives your shoppers a faster, simpler way to complete their transactions, helping you improve conversion, especially on mobile.
What’s different with Open Finance
PIX Open Finance builds on traditional PIX by enabling shoppers to link their bank account once and pay instantly, directly from your app or site. It’s faster, cheaper, and designed to reduce drop-off. You can offer it alongside QR-based PIX to give customers a choice. With growing bank coverage and D+1 payouts, it’s a strong fit for digital-first platforms, e-commerce, and on-demand services.
How to get started
Reach out to your Adyen account manager to enable PIX via Open Finance and sign the addendum. You’ll need to be on Checkout API v69 or later. The integration is based on a hosted payment page provided by Adyen, making it a quicker and faster setup. For full details, visit our Docs.
