We’ve launched a new experimentation feature in the Customer Area. It lets you test Adyen recommendations like Smart Payment Messaging or Intelligent Payment Routing on a portion of your volumes. You’ll get real data on what performs best, without needing to build anything new.
Test, compare, and decide
With experiments, you can validate the value of a recommendation before rolling it out widely. You control the traffic split and see the performance of different settings side by side. It’s a fast, low-risk way to improve your setup.
Start from your Adyen Uplift dashboard
Experimentation is now linked directly to your Uplift recommendations. If you're eligible, you’ll see testing options appear there. We're starting with Risk profiles, Smart Payment Messaging, and Intelligent Payment Routing, with more to follow. Learn more in the Docs or reach out to your Adyen contact to get started.
