A faster way to onboard nonprofits

You can now submit nonprofit onboarding requests directly from the Customer Area. Requests are sent straight to our onboarding partner, Goodstack, reducing manual steps and helping move applications forward faster.

More visibility throughout the process

In addition to submitting requests, you can track onboarding progress through a dedicated tracking page. You'll have a clear view of each request's status without needing to contact support or wait for updates.

Stay informed with Giving notifications

To get started, visit the Nonprofit Library and select "Request new nonprofit." We also recommend subscribing to Giving notifications in the Customer Area Notification Center so you can receive updates on your onboarding requests by email and in the Customer Area.
