Managed Payouts replaces complex payout setup configurations with optimized payout schedules designed to deliver predictable “True T+X” arrival times. Instead of managing sweeps, transfer priorities, or custom settlement delays, your teams can now rely on a simpler setup that reduces operational overhead and avoids payout timing inconsistencies.

Managed Payouts is designed for platforms that want to simplify embedded financial operations while improving the payout experience for users. By reducing payout configuration complexity, platforms can shorten implementation timelines by up to 2 to 8 weeks and streamline reconciliation processes across balances and transfers.

How to get started

Managed Payouts is now generally available across all Adyen for Platforms regions for local payouts. Reach out to your account representative to get started. Once enabled, payout schedules can be applied automatically for new users, managed directly in Customer Area, or configured through the /payoutSchedules API endpoints. 

Please note that only one managed payout schedule per currency is supported on each balance account, and the account must have the sendToTransferInstrument capability enabled.
