Introducing the MCP server: A smarter way to build with Adyen
We’re piloting our Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to help developers build faster using natural language. It’s a new way to interact with our APIs and bring ideas to life more efficiently.

Build faster with natural language
We’ve launched the alpha version of our MCP server to help developers connect with Adyen by describing actions in plain language. Instead of writing lines of code for every request, developers or support agents can say things like “Refund order #12345” and let the server translate that into the right API calls.
Unlock new ways to integrate
The MCP server helps reduce the time and effort needed to build and test with Adyen. It currently connects with key APIs like Checkout and Management API, making it easier to automate everyday financial workflows and explore new use cases with LLMs.

You can read the MCP server guide to dive into supported actions and learn how to get started. To join the pilot, you can check out our blog post or public reach out to your Account manager.
