This directly affects your performance. With this dashboard, you can track success rates, spot trends, and take proactive steps based on the most frequent KYC errors such as training teams or refining onboarding flow. This ensures a smoother verification.
Get started today You can access the dashboard in the Customer Area by selecting a merchant account linked to a balance platform, navigating to the Insights > KYC verification insights. If you can’t see the dashboard, your admin may need to grant you access
