Improved visibility and faster troubleshooting

We’ve launched the Cloud Device API to improve how you manage cloud terminal integrations. It gives you direct access to enhanced logs in the Customer Area and real-time visibility into device connectivity per terminal. This helps you troubleshoot faster and stay on top of device status across your estate.

Stronger security and developer experience

The Cloud Device API introduces stronger security and a better developer experience. It includes role-based access control and OAuth 2.0 support, along with new endpoints for monitoring online and offline status. Explore the updated documentation and an API Explorer to support implementation.

No changes required for existing integrations

Your existing Cloud Terminal API integration remains fully supported and unchanged. If you are building new integrations or want to use the latest capabilities, you can adopt the Cloud Device API via direct integration or the Adyen Java library. We recommend using it for future development to take advantage of new features, as the Cloud Device API will be supported across additional library integrations.
