BLIK Code support across all terminal ranges

You can now accept BLIK Code payments on all Adyen terminals, including the Engage series. This update expands access to Poland’s most widely used mobile payment standard, allowing shoppers to pay with a one-time numeric code generated in their banking app. Payments can be initiated either by your store staff from the POS app or directly by the shopper on the terminal.

Why BLIK matters for your checkout experience

BLIK is Poland’s nationwide mobile payment standard and is supported by 19 banks, reaching more than 95 percent of the banked population. Each payment uses a unique six-digit code that’s valid for 120 seconds and approved in the shopper’s banking app. This approach supports secure, real-time authorization and aligns with how customers in Poland expect to pay, helping you increase acceptance and reduce friction at the point of sale.

How to start accepting BLIK Code

BLIK Code is already available across your Adyen terminal estate. Enable the payment method in your setup and train staff on how to initiate BLIK payments from the POS when needed. For more details on configuration and transaction flows, review the BLIK documentation or contact your Adyen representative for support.
