Brooke’s career at Adyen started over five years ago in its San Francisco office, where she has been an important contributor to the region’s progress as Head of HR North America. In 2021, she joined Adyen’s senior leadership team as Global Head of HR and significantly contributed to the company’s growth at global scale through scaling Adyen’s Global HR function and serving as a valued sparring partner to Adyen’s Management Board.

“I look forward to contributing to the future of Adyen in this new position”, said Brooke Nayden. “We have a major opportunity ahead, and working towards capitalizing on it as we scale will be a key focus in the upcoming years.”

“Brooke has been of exceptional value across all areas of the business due to her uniquely frank perspectives and sharp insights”, said Pieter van der Does, co-founder and CEO of Adyen. “Her contributions naturally culminated in this appointment, and I look forward to seeing her drive our growth at an even larger scale as a Management Board member”.

Brooke’s appointment as Management Board member is subject to regulatory approval by the Dutch Central Bank, followed by approval from shareholders during Adyen’s 2023 Annual General Meeting.
