All resolutions adopted at Adyen’s 2023 AGM
Adyen N.V. (AMS: ADYEN) announces that its 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders approved all resolutions on the agenda, including the reappointments of Mariëtte Swart as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer (CRCO) and Ingo Uytdehaage as co-Chief Executive Officer (co-CEO) and the appointments of Brooke Nayden as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Ethan Tandowsky as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Adyen’s Management Board now consists of Pieter van der Does (co-CEO), Roelant Prins (CCO), Ingo Uytdehaage (co-CEO), Mariëtte Swart (CRCO), Alexander Matthey (CTO), Brooke Nayden (CHRO), and Ethan Tandowsky (CFO). Read more about Adyen’s Management Board here.
Pamela Joseph and Joep van Beurden are reappointed as members of the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board continues to consist of Piero Overmars (Chair), Joep van Beurden, Delfin Rueda Arroyo, Pamela Joseph, and Caoimhe Keogan. Read more about Adyen’s Supervisory Board here.
Adyen’s Remuneration Policy for the Management Board and Remuneration Policy for the Supervisory Board was approved by shareholders and is effective per 1 January 2024.
