RITS MEMBER QUARTERLY RETAIL PAYMENT INCIDENT REPORTING AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

As a RITS Member, Adyen Australia Pty Ltd is required to report quarterly retail payment incidents. The quarterly data will be updated on the 15th calendar day of the second month after the quarter.

Significant outages due to problems at system-wide infrastructure or natural disasters (in hours:minutes)
Description of services and metrics
Unplanned unavailability of a service that meets minimum thresholds for duration and the proportion of customers affected.
Includes payment systems provided by the RBA, card schemes and other central payment system infrastructure; electricity network; and provider of telecommunications network links to Adyen Australia Pty Ltd’s operating or data centres.
Accept card payments (businesses)
Ability of businesses using the payment services of Adyen Australia Pty Ltd to accept card payments, either at point-of-sale or online/in-app. Outages exclude problems with the cardholder’s bank or payment acceptance devices that are not provided by Adyen Australia Pty Ltd.
