Controller to Controller Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

Adyen adopted Module 1 of the updated Standard Contractual Clauses as published by the European Commission on 4th June 2021 (“new SCCs”).

Adyen and Adyen customer have entered into Module 1 (Controller to Controller) in order to provide the legal basis for the transfers as between Adyen N.V. (located in the Netherlands) and the relevant Adyen customer, as applicable under the Agreement with Adyen N.V.
