Adyen Supplier Code of Conduct

This Supplier Code of Conduct (Code) applies to all third parties and their subsidiaries, affiliates, and subcontractors providing goods and / or services (Supplies) (each a Supplier) to Adyen N.V., including any Adyen subsidiary, affiliate, or related entity (collectively Adyen). It sets out Adyen’s expectations regarding each Supplier’s conduct while delivering the Supplies.

Adyen is committed maintaining the highest standards of integrity, environmental, ethical and social responsibility and expects all Suppliers to do the same. Supplier must communicate the standards set out in this Code to Suppliers’ personnel, subcontractors, and its own suppliers.
