Your Adyen contact informed that you need to fill in risk assessment questionnaires?
When you receive a risk assessment from us, it will look like below. You will get an authentication code, the confirmation of the account being created and the Third Party Questionnaires you need to answer:
Click on the email with the questionnaire you need to fill out
The emails you will receive from Coupa Risk Assess will look like on the left. You should be able to access the questionnaire by clicking "here" on the email.
Filling out the questionnaire
After you are done filling out the form, please click “Submit” at the bottom. If you are not done and want to come back to the questionnaire later, click “Save” and then close the tab. You can always access the questionnaire by email.
Want a copy of the questions?
If you are not able to answer the questionnaire you can export the questions by clicking the export button below to the right of the header. This will give you an excel file with all the questions. You can then get the answers from your colleague and fill it out yourself.
