Receiving the contract through email

When we review a contract from our end and send it to you for reviewing and accepting changes, you will receive an email from Coupa that looks like this on the left. The email shoud come from the email adress: do_not_reply@adyen.coupahost.com

Reviewing and Editing the Contract

After clicking “Open Contract”, you will be taken to the contract. While reviewing, we use word files and use the “Reviewing ” mode.

Important to note: When sending edits back and forth, we need the contract to be a word document so we can utilize the “reviewing” tool. Please keep this in mind when making changes, submitting contracts. Having the contract in word allows us to change small details like our address, our correct entity name without going back and forth for every little change. 

To see our changes , make comments and accept/reject them you can download the contract. At the top right of the page, select "Edit Document" and select "Download for Edit" like below:

Done with your reviews?

After you are done editing, you can upload it back by clicking the “Upload” button. To send the review to us, then you click "Send to Counterparty"

One important thing to note here is , above the “upload” and “download” buttons, there is a lock. After downloading, Coupa immediately locks the file, If you won’t be uploading it back, please do not forget to “Cancel Lock”. 

If you want to compare the versions uploaded, click on “Compare Versions” where you can see all the previous versions to double check edits. You can see who checked in a particular version and at what time. Deleted text is shown in red and additions are shown in green.

In "Messages" , you can communicate and track messages internally and externally.
