Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We structurally embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into our operations and company culture. We’re building an inclusive environment through an equitable recruitment process, continuous education, and promoting our employee-led communities.
Event location
De Nieuwe Kerk, one of Amsterdam’s most iconic landmarks. Located right on Dam Square, the church sits at the absolute heart of the Dutch liberation movement, steps away from where early activists fought for the visibility we enjoy today. By bringing our community together here, we honor the legacy of those who paved the way and write the next chapter of our history.
The timing could not be more symbolic, as we gather during the church’s milestone exhibition "Queer Amsterdam, de roze stad" and celebrate exactly 25 years since the Netherlands made history as the first country to legalize same-sex marriage.
