Like its Nordic neighbours, Finland is often celebrated for its quality of life, education system and healthcare. The similarities also seep into its payment landscape. A market leader in online and mobile banking services, many Finns use online banking to pay for e-commerce goods. Op-Pohjola and Nordea are two such examples and make up over 70% of the market. A predominantly cashless society, card payments are also fairly popular; most people carry two credit or debit cards.
