Digital Campaign Manager

We are looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to manage our online acquisition efforts and push Adyen’s digital presence across a number of channels. You will work from our HQ in Amsterdam, report into the Head of Marketing Europe, and as part of the global marketing team work closely with other company stakeholders.

You are our ideal candidate if you are passionate about digital marketing, data, tech, a strong communicator with a wide range of digital marketing skills. You have a hands-on mentality, with an ability to develop, implement, track and optimize new marketing initiatives across all digital channels. Working closely with the global marketing teams, you will be delivering creative lead generation initiatives and brand awareness marketing campaigns.


 What you’ll do:

  • Drive lead generation campaigns to identify new opportunities and deliver leads to support sales efforts.
  • Optimize and implement: SEA, SEO and Display campaigns.
  • Find new, innovative ways to increase brand awareness and get our story heard & read by our target audience.
  • Identify relevant topics and execute integrated marketing campaigns and collaborate with content marketing managers and design team to create supporting assets to implement across multiple platforms.
  • Proactively steer and deliver on the marketing campaign calendar according to agreed KPIs.
  • Create briefings and implement efficient project management to have all campaigns running according to schedule.
  • Manage digital agency relationships across Europe.  


Who you are:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition.
  • Strong background in SEM (both SEO and SEA) and other paid acquisition channels.
  • Proven experience delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns to targeted audiences.  
  • Experience in working with data-driven optimizations. Monitor, Evaluate, Test and Learn.
  • Strategic & hands-on: From developing a strategy to execution and optimisation.
  • You have a strong affinity for data, being able to both analyze and present it in a way that drives actionable insights for key stakeholders (no vanity metrics!).
  • You are a self-starting and self-motivated contributor who’s comfortable navigating uncertainty while delivering excellence
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong project management skills.  
  • You love to work in a global environment and have a willingness to travel.
