Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager is the critical facilitator of product knowledge within Adyen, ensuring product launches are executed with success and product documentation is always up to date and ready for use by customer and sales facing teams. This role aligns go-to-market strategies and helps to define compelling features/benefits backed by competitive insights and market dynamics. Responsibilities include the rollout of product content and training. In the US, the key focus areas are Adyen MarketPay, Tokenization and other NA-focused product initiatives.

The ideal candidate is able to work with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, aligning global stakeholders towards business objectives and KPIs. This role requires being able to take complex ideas and concepts and help to distill them into simple, easy to understand frameworks.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner closely with Product Management to learn the product strategy and apply it to the development of product communication.
  • Develop and write training tools and content to facilitate knowledge of Adyen products, such as product sheets, FAQs, and sales presentations.
  • Communicate product news and updates to marketing and sales teams while sharing category and product knowledge and insights for use in the development of go-to-market materials such as demos and product documentation.
  • Incorporate regional nuances in value propositions and act as bridge for information and insight sharing within marketing, sales and product teams.
  • Work with key stakeholders to build product materials and drive the development of go-to-market programs.
  • Manage global launch calendars and the ongoing product roadmap schedule.
  • Lead global status meetings and meet with individual teams to provide status updates and to close any feedback loops.

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, payments experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing and executing global projects.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to grasp complex technical subjects and make them easy to understand
  • Comfortable working across time zones
  • Experience with both technical and commercial product communications
  • A true team player, hands-on and self-motivated individual with the ability to stick to deadlines
