Today GANNI, the Scandinavian fashion brand, and Adyen, the payments platform of choice for many of the world’s leading companies, announce that Adyen will handle GANNI’s payments online and in-store, to help accelerate global expansion and enable unified commerce.

The partnership is a move to consolidate the shopper experience across all channels, and introduce a scalable set-up that can sustain GANNI’s high-speed growth.

With Adyen, GANNI’s customers are able to choose between the most popular international and local payment methods when they pay online or in select stores, from cards to mobile wallets, such and local alternatives, such as Vipps in Norway and iDEAL in the Netherlands.

Adyen is enabling GANNI to achieve unified commerce in their Copenhagen flagship store and in the US at their newly opened New York and Los Angeles locations, with additional stores and markets on the horizon. Adyen already supports GANNI’s ecommerce globally.   Nicolaj Reffstrup, Founder, GANNI says: “GANNI is extremely focused on customer experience. In order to ensure that customers have a personalized and satisfying experience in all channels, we need a scalable set-up that allows us to meet customer demands and sustain growth at the same time. Adyen is a natural partner for us, with a proven track record of helping retailers grow.”   Roelant Prins, CCO of Adyen says: “At Adyen, we have always built our business with scale in mind, and it’s great to see this mindset reflected in GANNI. This is a shining example of retail done right, and it’s a pleasure to be a part of the extraordinary journey they’re on.”
