zaterdag, augustus 13, 08:13 p.m. (CEST) [Resolved] Mastercard Australia and Singapore - Elevated Error Rate

On August 13th, we identified an increase of error rate responses for Mastercard Australia and Mastercard Singapore.

This was a result of a data center provider initiating a scheduled maintenance. This resulted in an increase of error responses between 16:00-19:20 CEST.

We have since adjusted our routing logic to account for this event and no further errors have been identified.

The fix has been put in place and the processing over Zip is back to normal since 15:15 CEST. We will continue monitoring and provide a new update if required.
