Most consumers have high expectations, with 77% looking for more personalized discounts and offers from retailers that they regularly shop with.

Fraud is a critical point of concern for many Singaporean retailers

But businesses need to do more to keep up with changing fraud risks. 51% of retailers experienced increased payment fraud attempts, while 43% experienced cyberattacks or data leaks.
