As Adyen only offers the technical system for connecting merchants with American Express, for any questions related to your payment or order, we recommend you contact the merchant you made the purchase with.
In some cases, American Express may not immediately recognize which merchant requested the charge.
Usually within two days, American Express will update the statement and display the actual merchant behind the charge.
