Mechanical Master – Estágio

We believe that students about to start out on their career can contribute to our future growth, and we now have positions for you at our São Paulo office. You will initially spend a period of time in an operational team, learning the platform technology, and working directly with our merchants and shoppers. This will give us time to learn about your strengths and interests, and give you a solid foundation. In Adyen, we encourage you to take the initiative to build your own career. 

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams;
  • Provide support to merchants/shoppers, troubleshooting, technical support via phone, web-based tools and email;
  • Improve processes, use creativity and acquired knowledge to provide new approaches to daily activities.

Who you are

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus;
  • Be in the last year of university, and at least 6 months left of studies;
  • Tech savvy;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Innovative, strong problem solving skills and ability to adapt to change;
  • Programming skills to write scripts, PHP or Java code are a plus;
  • Experience in the tech is a plus.
