Office Manager

Our Berlin office is expanding and we are looking for an enthusiastic office manager to help us run a smooth office. We are growing the team, moving to a new office and are looking for someone who is ready to take on the exciting task of managing all logistic and office related issues that come with our growth.

What you’ll do 

  • Provide a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff – internal and external.
  • Ensure the Berlin office is running smoothly by dealing with daily queries including but not limited to managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, storing contracts, office and IT supplies
  • Maintain file management, record keeping, office supply and equipment and align all contractual requirements in-line with the team in Amsterdam;
  • Manage all local vendors to negotiate charges and seek new providers where appropriate;
  • Assist with event coordination (logistics for conferences, team parties, recruiting events);
  • Support Sales and Marketing with campaigns, lead qualifications and be the office Salesforce champion
  • Overseeing office improvements and on-brand design developments.

 

Who you are

  • 2 + years’ experience of working in a similar role or PA, event planning.
  • Fluent German and English
  • Passionate self-starter with the ability to thrive with minimal supervision. Outgoing, friendly, and fun.
  • Highly motivated team player where winning is more important than ego.
  • Positive, self reliant and able to hustle to get things done.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and outstanding organizational skills.
