What you’ll do

  • You'll learn on the fly, diagnose problems and are used to dealing with high IT security requirements
  • You'll provide technical support and expertise to users
  • You'll collect user feedback and translate it into technical solutions
  • With your strong communication skills you can bridge between (business) users and engineering teams (internal and external)
  • You feel confident to provide training and demonstrations to users
  • You understand the importance of creating documentation both for your own team and you users

 

Who you are:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with software application support, maintenance and implementations in a global fast paced organization
  • You are self-driven, flexible, and have the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision
  • You have experience with supporting SaaS and on-premise applications, how to integrate and implement them
  • Affinity with IT security and networking
  • Strong understanding of Identity, Access Management and user management
  • Capable of automating provisioning processes and implementing single sign-on
  • Experience with creating data flows, monitoring and alerting both on cloud and on-prem applications
  • The ability to identify improvements in our current tooling and drive those projects over the finish line

 

Nice to have

  • Programming and database administration experience
  • Experience with Google workspace, Okta, Salesforce, Workday or Zendesk
  • Procurement or vendor management experience
  • Mentoring, training or coaching experience
