Technical Support & Implementation Engineer 

Adyen is looking for a knowledgeable and resourceful Technical Support and Implementation Engineer to join our great team. You’ll be responsible for the technical support and implementation of local and international merchants, across multiple industries and channels. This position will be crucial in developing the Adyen brand across the globe and working with a team of experts.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the first line of support and provide technical assistance to merchants and troubleshooting via phone, web-based tools and email;
  • Identify and select appropriate implementation and deployment options for the merchant’s solution;
  • Manage and drive Implementation of Adyen’s products and solutions and act as a knowledgeable advisor to clients on the capabilities offered by our platform;
  • Deliver and lead product training and assistance to merchants, channel partners and internal stakeholders;
  • Serve as a feedback loop for the organization, gathering merchant’s feedback, evaluating merchant needs, and communicating these to product and management. 

Who you are

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish;
  • Experience working in technical client facing role;
  • Knowledge of internet technologies and customer relations technical processes (such as SQL / HTML / JavaScript / PHP);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work cross functionally with Product, Sales, IT and Operations;
  • Experience in software development is a plus.
