Adyen’s hosted payment pages are easy to integrate into preexisting infrastructure and can be employed within a few hours.

With Adyen, a merchant can completely control the look and feel of a payment page, as well as integrate payment directly from flash applications. Merchants are empowered to turn specific payment methods on and off dynamically and include their own payment methods seamlessly.

On the backend, our rich feedback and reporting system will provide you with all information you need to process payments.

Everything is based on open standards and examples are available in many programming languages.

Support

In the event that a merchant requires support, Adyen offers an online portal as a database for FAQs, troubleshooting, news and downloads. Merchants also have the option of submitting ticketed queries on Adyen’s support site, as well as reaching our support engineers by phone or email.

Our support engineers all have strong technical backgrounds and can provide first-line support to resolve any of your issues or concerns. During the implementation phase, we have dedicated support engineers who can help you specifically with the realisation of your connection.
